본인은 1부에 적힌 작가의 법정대리인으로서 ____________ 자 「SOA 아티스트 계약서」(버전 1.0)를 읽었으며, 자녀가 이 계약을 체결하는 데 동의합니다(「민법」 제5조). 자녀가 성년이 될 때까지 이 계약에 따른 모든 디자인 승인, 작품 추가, 변경에도 본인의 동의가 필요하다는 것을 이해합니다.I am a legal representative of the artist named in Part 1. I have read the SOA Artist Agreement (Version 1.0) dated ____________, and I consent to my child entering into it (Civil Act, Article 5). I understand that, until my child comes of age, every design approval, added artwork and change under it also needs my agreement.

044부SOA가 처리하는 개인정보(안내)Part 4Personal information SOA needs (notice)

아래 정보는 계약 이행에 필요하므로 별도의 동의 없이 처리합니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제4호). 다른 목적으로는 사용하지 않습니다.SOA needs this information to carry out the agreement, so it is used without a separate consent (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)(4)). It is used for nothing else.

보유 기간Kept for

지급 및 세무 기록: 법정신고기한부터 5년. 연락처와 학교 정보: 계약이 끝날 때까지. 그 후 파기합니다.Payment and tax records: 5 years from the tax filing deadline. Contact details and school: until the agreement ends. Then destroyed.

이메일과 정산서는 Google의 Gmail(미국)로 보냅니다.Emails and statements are sent through Google's Gmail (United States).

지급액에 대해 법에 따라 세금을 원천징수하거나 신고해야 하는 경우, SOA는 「소득세법」에 따라 작가의 주민등록번호를 추가로 요청합니다. 이때 서면으로 알리고, 암호화하여 보관하며, 그 신고에만 사용합니다.If the law requires tax to be withheld or reported on a payment, SOA will also ask for the artist's resident registration number, as the Income Tax Act allows, tell you in writing, keep it encrypted and use it only for that filing.

5부의 어느 항목에 동의하지 않더라도 계약이나 지급에는 아무 영향이 없습니다.Saying no to any line in Part 5 does not affect the agreement or any payment.

066부자녀의 안전Part 6Keeping your child safe

• SOA는 계약, 승인, 지급에 관한 모든 연락을 보호자에게도 함께 보내며, 보호자를 빼고 자녀에게만 개인 메시지로 연락하지 않습니다.SOA sends every message about the agreement, approvals and payments to a parent or guardian as well, and never contacts your child by direct message alone.
• 사진 촬영, 인터뷰, 행사가 있을 때에는 미리 보호자에게 묻고, 보호자 또는 보호자가 지정한 성인이 함께합니다.Before any photo shoot, interview or event, SOA asks you first, and a parent or guardian, or an adult you name, is there.
• SOA는 자녀의 연락처를 고객에게 알려 주지 않으며, 자녀의 학교, 사진, 연락처를 제품, 태그, 포장에 인쇄하지 않습니다.SOA never gives your child's contact details to customers, and never prints your child's school, photograph or contact details on products, tags or packaging.

077부동의 철회Part 7Changing your mind

5부의 동의는 언제든지 soa.store.kr@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내거나 010-2623-1421로 문자 메시지를 보내 철회할 수 있습니다. SOA는 7일 이내에 웹사이트와 SOA가 운영하는 SNS 계정에서 해당 정보를 삭제합니다. 이미 만든 제품과 인쇄물은 회수할 수 없으므로, SOA는 자녀의 학교, 사진, 연락처를 제품이나 인쇄물에 넣지 않습니다. 계약 자체를 끝내는 방법은 「SOA 아티스트 계약서」 제11조를 참고하세요.You can withdraw any choice in Part 5 at any time by email to soa.store.kr@gmail.com or by text message to 010-2623-1421. SOA removes the item from its website and its own social media accounts within 7 days. Products and printed materials already made cannot be recalled, which is why SOA never prints your child's school, photograph or contact details on them. To end the agreement itself, see Article 11 of the SOA Artist Agreement.
